real time dashboard

Hi All,

Please help,

I want to use real time data functionality in my qlikview dashboard.

when a customer logs an incident , I want to see the customers' incident immediately in my dashboard.

Please help on how do I achieve real time dashboard in qlikview.

Do you mean "real time" or "near real time". Second or sub-second vs 1-10 minutes?

An "iframe" integration would be a sensible option then. The content of the iframe could be provided by the real-time system and the rest of the webpage could be QlikView.
