rolling 3 month accumulation

Hi ,

I have a scenario for rolling 12 month in my project . Please see the data below :

Process node can have multiple fabs. Requirement is to accumulate the sample size and failures by FAB for each process node( above data has only one process node)  . Accumulation should happen for 3 months. These accumulated values need to be used in one more column.. please suggest a solution..
