running an N-Printing task from QVW

Hello

got a QVW file which has a button to which I added an external action to launch a .bat file

the content of the batch file is as follows:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\NPrinting\Client\Nprinting.exe" ^

/NprintingFile C:\Users\AnthonyN\Desktop\Qlik\X\sample.nsq ^

/Job "X_Job"

This job runs successfully from N-Printing Client but when I run it from the batch nothing happens, and when I run the batch file from a button on QVW file QlikView simply closes

Please advise on how to know what might be wrong
