save before reload

hi all,

i am using save before reload (in user settings) and in every reload, document freezes until end of reload process

if i uncheck save before reload option all is working fine.

recently upgraded to SR13

any ideas ?

Hi ilan,

Have you upgraded your server also to SR 13 ? Both Desktop and Server should be in same SR level.

And are trying to load from local desktop or from server ?

Even you can try to create a log file and see whats going wrong.

What's the size of your app?? freeze effect is happening in Access point ?
