scroll bars are not visible in browsers

After uploading my Dashboards to live.Scroll bars are not visible in the browsers.Can anyone pls suggest me how to overcome from this?

What version of Qlik and IE you are on.

this is not your browser issue pls goto chart properties-->Layout-->and change scroll background color..
