select report issue

hello everyone

I have a problem, when i open my app with accesspoint I have a hard time selecting a report. it shows a blank little that says"printing report" and it doesn't show the dashboard. Thank you in advance for your help.

thank you for your quick reply, this is the alittle window that appears when i want to select a report, from the "select report" dropdown select.
