Hi Sunil,

Gauge chart's are to display a single value such as % (i.e Attrition, hiring etc like that). If u r using a gauge chart for showing multiple values, it is not possible for a gauge to show multiple values.

Hi Sunil,

In Gauge charts, we don't use any dimensions. We only use the calculated expression to reflect values in these kind of charts. Now I am not clear with your question. But I think you have used dimensions in this chart. hope this helps you.

Best Regards

hi all

I am using years as dimension and sum(sales) as expression. the niddle always shows to the last value of "years" after clearing all the selection. i want to set it to default value '0' after clearing all the selection.

comments highly appreciated

Thanks

Why can't we use dimensions..After using a dimension it also working for a particular selection. that is the niddle pointing to a selected dimensional value.

Hi, Sunil!

Gauge chart just ignores dimensions.

In you case I would recomment to use IF in the expression

if(isnull(getcurrentselections ()), 0,Sum (sales))

The Gauge chart does not ignore dimensions, what it does is that it displays the value of the first enabled expression on the first row of data.
