show several dimensions in straight table or avoid expand/collapse

hi

i need to generate a table that has as dimension "Living Country" plus other three other dimensions, which i need to create (was not included in the data model), these are PL1, PL2 and PL3. The challenges are:

1. The dimensions have to be showed exactly as in the table attached. This i need to avoid "collapse" and "expand" as for pivot tables. This is, i need something like an straight table but with 4 dimensions.

2. The "yes" or "no" represent sales for the associated product line (1,2,3). If "yes", it means that the sales is a positive value. If "no", sales amount is zero

The dimension values must be exactly in that combination order.

values show in next columns are based on the "yes" / "no" value
