sorting data in pivot table

Hi All,

how do i sort data in pivot table.. i have calculated sum(total_defects) and i need to sort pivot table as per expression calculated..

Try this:

go to the Sort tab.

tick the Checkbox Expression and paste ur expression here.

Choose asc or desc.

Hi Sushil,

Right Click on Pivot table ==> Properites ==> Goto Sort tab ==> Check on check box "Expression" ==> Paste your expression sum(total_defects) in the box.
