Hi,
There is a default functionality in a straight table which allows to sort a particular column by clicking on its header.
Due to some reasons of design and usability standard headers are not displayed in my table. So, I'd like to create a separate button or a text object and assign an action to sort my table by a particular column.
How is that possible?
Thank you in advance,
Larisa
Hi Larisa,
you'll probably need a macro to do this, check out the following:

Thanks, Andy!
Could you please say if it is possible to hide the header of a straight table?
Larisa
It is not possible to hide the Dimension label in a Straight or Pivot table.
You Can't actually hide it, but on the Properties > Dimensions tab > Enter a Space character, as the label.
