summing if then columns

I have several columns that are if columns based on a previous column.  I would like to sum all the if columns(they are bonus columns) for a total bonus.  It will only sum the columns if they meet all the criteria.  Someone has to have every criteria of a bonus to pull a bonus.  I want to pull the total even if column 2 or column 4 doesn't have a total but column 6 has one - i want to pull the result from column 6. 

How can i do this.  I have attached my screenshot
