suppress null values

Hi all

I have data for a user's activities over the course of several months but there was one month that the user was not active.

I have data for this user from March 2013 to February 2014, except for September 2013 when the user was not active.

I have a straight table which shows monthyear and number of activity, but it does not show September 2013.

Is there a way to show that month for that user? so that it shows number of activity = 0

In the Presentation tab, I unchecked Suppress Zero-Values and Suppress Missing, and in the Dimension tab I checked Suppress when value is null and Show all values, that worked perfectly for me

Hi,

Go to Property->dimension->Un check Supress When Value is Null

Then Go to

Presentation tab Null Symbol and Missing Symbol Give 0

Right click on the table, go to Properties--Dimesions tab and uncheck "Supress When Value is Null".

If this does not work out then go to Presentation tab and uncheck "Supress Zero values" and "Supress Missing".

I did that but it still didn't work so I checked the box Show all values and that did the trick
