is it possible to put text in a guage chart?

i'm not looking for the control-shirt solution and text in chart option.

text should be really IN the gauge. that means between then 0 and 100 values. there is some white space that i like to use.

If you mean something like the green and red text below:

Then it's Properties > Presentation > Text in Chart = expression.

However you suggest that's not what you're after? If so a little more explanation may be requried.

bit stupid .. seems like control-shift does work. i didnt knew i can drag/drop text on the gauge picture ifself.
