I have two objects, a graph and a text object, I would like to put the text object above the graph, here are my two objects :

Hi,

You can add any text using the Text in Chart Option in Presentation Tab.

Press CTRL + SHIFT and move the Text box inside the chart.

Still you want to use different objects, Move the Text above the Chart and se the Layer in Layout tab. Top for Text box and Bottom for Chart.
