tools are unavailable

Hi there

I am using a personal edition based on a online server connetion by others, however, the tool bar is grey

as I can do nothing to the sheets except for select, is it the reason that I have no authority to edit the profile?

QlikView Personal Edition works with local files only; you cannot load a QlikView file from another user. Not sure about your issue.  Still check the settings by clicking  Ctrl+Alt+D to go to the Document properties,security tab. check for the settings disabled.  Regards. Siva Sankar K
