trend graph with multiple values

Hi,

I am trying to create a trend graph with the following

X axis MUST showcase only yrs (ie 2001,2002,2003,2004,2005) and y axis having Volume in USD (1M, 2M,3M,4M,5Million)…

                       The actual requirement is that while we show the x-axis in yrs, the actual data over the trend line should be in months ie when I mouse over the trend line - it should dynamically show monthly values for the yrs depicted and the related volume …

PLease advise.

Thanks, it helps, will it be possible to show values when you mouseover(show the value on each inch you move) based on the data instead of just showing as a pop up
