unable to connect to access point

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to my document through accesspoint, but I get the error message 'unable to connect'

I'm currently VPN'ed into work do I need to change some settings elswhere to allow this site?

Are you trying to select My document in category dropdown on the accesspoint?

your issue is not clear.. there is no My Document type on Accesspoint.

I'm typing in my url the following:-

http://servername/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=doc.qvw

but I get the error message unable to find severname, or this does not exist ...

it normally works and opens the document, but not sure what is happening here unless my internet provider does not allow this site.

Try this one:

1. goto>IE>Tools>Internet options>Connections>Lan Settings>Advance> remove everything from Exceptions.

I do not have the privileges to change these settings as the options are greyed out...
