user Bookmarks prevent report from opening

Hi we are using Qlikview 11.

When some users try to open a document in the Access Point the timer appears but the document never opens. When I log onto the Management console and remove the users' bookmarks on the document they can then open the document in the Access Point.

Is this a known bug?
