using c# to open up .qvw files using QvMsscciProvider32.exe to create source control files

Has anyone had success with using c# to open up a .qvw and send to source control (create -prj folder and files) using QvMsscciProvider32.exe?

I have checked out QlikView workbench and the following link with no success. QlikView Core COM API Guide - Version 11
