using input fields in addition to publisher

How do input fields work when the qvw is published? Are the typed in values displayed just for that user or for all users?

Is it possible to trigger a save of values, how do you handle concurrency issues?

Any thoughts? Thanks for any ideas!

So it looks I need to use ServerSideExport, anybody have an example of ServerSideExport out there?
