'values on data points'

Hi,

Is there a hover capability with 'values on data points'?

We don't want the data points to permanently show in a graph. When you hover over a graph there is the functionality to show the value your hovering over (see graph below); however, can a middle point be achieved where if you hover to select a series of it shows all values? - so using graph below it would show all points in blue:
