what are a company standards to develop a qlikview aplication?

    I am new to qlikview, i faced this ? in a company interview.. can any one give answer to this ?

Here you have to explain the guidelines and the model used by you firm for developing reports.

You need to explain the techniques ,the analysis and the data models (just brief).

Even you have to explain the extensions if used.

Qlikview Application or BI application are meant to give answers to questions which may help to improve the performance of the organization.

Suppose like Sales of Last year with Current Sales, this will help us know, our possibility to reach our targets.

Company Standards will include:

-> Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators for BI Applications.

-> A dedicated Data Warehouse team.

-> A BA(Business Analyst) to deal with client and developers

-> A dedicated BI team to develop qlikview applications efficiently.

-> What database model you are using in your application.

-> How dynamic is your application,

-> Are you using QVD's to enhance performance of your application.

-> What is the UI of you application, is it what is expected by your clients.

-> Most important it is same information can be shown using a straight table  or bar chart etc. You need to choose th best way to convert data into information so that it helps. Because, all these application are to HELP our clients or organization.
