is it reports contains in single doc or multiple sheets or one qvw how to define dash board and for medium range projects how many qvw files will be there.

A dashboard,, is a container for a related group of scorecard and report views that are organized together. In other words, a dashboard contains a collection of other items such as scorecards, reports, and filters.

and generally it should have one sheet, it contains only the final figure, not the details.
