what is error: " stack overflow at line 48" ?

  I am Trying to create google map extension object it's throwing error like

" stack overflow at line 48"     please  help me.

The script code in your extension generated a stack overflow. Probably means that the extension run-time envornment crashed.

You may have done one or more of the following:

• used an old version of the extension
• used an unsupported or antique browser
• made this extension do something for which is was not intended
• called a method with wrong or missing parameters
• passed too much data as a parameter to an unsuspecting routine
• ...
