Qlickview help is very useful.Press f1 and search incremental load then you can see the different way to implement it with useful example.

Incremental load is a loading technique where you do not reload the WHOLE dataset but only the part which has changed. The part which has changed (the increment) will then be added to the already loaded dataset. Technically, there are various ways to achieve that in QlikView using qvd-files which is outlined in Anand Chouhan attached PDF file.
