'where' condition not recognized

I have this sript since a long time ago, I can't explain why the 'where' condition gives me error when loading and when scripting.

What can be happening?

Can you upload csv file, if possible.

There must be some error while loading the csv only.

I think you missed one line before where condition i.e

(txt, codepage is 1252, embedded labels, delimiter is ',', msq)

    Please verify the the Path  and also the FileName .

Is the .CSV file with the Exact name is present there.
