These user settings will be saved in:

C:\Users\YourUsers\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView\Settings.ini

If the user pressed ctrl+shift+m within the application their will be asked again with those popup-window but the settings.ini could be of course manually changed (or removed - a new one will be created, but the user could lose other settings with this - therefore you will need a Backup).
