why does sometime we dont get pop up's

Hi  All,

I have faced this prolm..whenever i give demo some tabs show pop up's and some tab some chart doesnt show pop up's why is it so?

It makes us eel really bad when it happens in demo

This is what i meant..should i need to do any settings?

In some system pop up comes and in some it doesnt?i tested in my colleagues system after deployment.

In the chart if the Properties >> Presentation >> Pop-up Labels is enabled then you get pop up in the chart otherwise you not get in the chart need to check in the chart where it is not occurs.

yeah its enabled only..when i see in few system it comes and few it wont.

In server it comes and when we access i from URL it wont..
