wrap dimension legend

is there any possibility to wrap the text of the dimension legend?

it is too long but i need all the text

Hi,

     Go to legend and use the Wrap Text option also notify the multi line (For how many lines you need).

i am using a bar chart, QV11, i do not see the option "wrap text" under legend. only in Caption, there is an option to wrap text.. in what tab should this be?

     Here click on the Wrap Text and then set the cell Height(Line).

hi

i see that when i have 2 dimensions, i only need one and what i need is to wrap the text in the dimension axes, not in a legend box.

the text in the dimension axes is a question and that is why it is too long.

when pression ctrl+ shift it is not possible to wrap the text and adding text using the option in the presentation tab of the bar chart is not handy

do you know how can i  solve this using qv settings?

     Sorry I guess i didnt understood your issue.

     But wraping the text when showing on chart axis is not possible as of now.

Hi ,

As you have one dimention not legend then you can set the text in different way in chart.

Property >axes>primery dimantion label select under "/"radio button.This will show your dimention as 45* angle or you can use under "|" button for 90* angle.

i supposed this. It is pitty because the dimension axes can show long texts, in case we work in market research and need them as question

HI,

     You can do one thing in that case is you create a bar chart which will be vertical instead of horizontal.

     This way you can show the long dimension text.

     For this you can go to style tab and change the orientation.
