1. Whenever there is a empty cell in the pivot table the color changes back to default, I want it to stay the same.

2. How to label the values instead of just 1 -2-3-4-5 etc , do I need to change the data? for the dimensions

Hi,

As i can see in the image you have uploaded.

     1. There is an expression written for the coloring, so you can change that expression as you want.

     2. Yes you need to change the data if you want the dimension values to be changed (Display something else instead of 1,2,3,4,5....)

1. The trouble for coloring is that the data you want to color does not excist. I have not found any way to do this coloring in the chart. A workaround is to make the chart transparent and to put a color scheme in the background.

2. If you define your numerics as a dual() you will have the benefits of the numeric value and the presentation in text.
