AD Group and individual users not seems working in Qlikview section access

Hi all

hope you are dosing well,

i have added section access based on AD groups and individual id's

like below

ACCESS,NTNAME,FIELD

User,Domain\ADGRP1,L1

User,Domain\USER1,L2

in this case USER1 have access of L1 throught  ADGRP1 as User1 is added to this Ad group

and same user have access of L2 thrugh his individual id

earlier it was working.

i dont know why its not working now. only thing happen new is Ad Group has been changed to new ad groups.

so there should problem with ad group access but it is happening with Individual id.

hope someone could help me on this.

My Individual id not working . but users i given access through group working perfectly. i dont know what is the problem.

one of my colleague has access of L1 through a ad group and L2 through a individual Id. he is able to see L1 and L2 on qlikview desktop but access point only L1. its seems like individual id access not working.

it seems like there is something wrong in distribution services. as it showing incorrect access after distributing from source document to user document.

Can some one helps how to get rid of this problem?
