Access Denied While exporting chart to network shared folder, Confused what could be wrong

Hello folks when I am trying to export a chart through macro tio an excel file, it works to upload the file onto netwoik shared drive. Once I publish it, Users from access point while exporting getting error message "Access Denied" . I had asked system people to give proper permissions to shared folder, Still getting below error

Access Denied Contact Your Administrator.  Totoally clueless. Can someone give me hiunt where i could be doing wrong please.

May be try to check the qlikview server account have the proper access for that Shared folder?

Many Thanks for you reply , just want to understand when you said qlikview server account  meaning , do you mean access point server? Please let me know.

we also had qvadmin account having access to the shared folder
