Hi guys,
When I log into Access Point and open this particular application, the application has pre-selected a value. In the desktop version of the application, that list box does not have the "Always One Selected Value" checked. In Access Point, I cannot clear this selection either. But when I have someone else log into Access Point and pull up the application, the value is not pre-selected for them. Anyone know what is happening here?
Thanks!
Check 'Refresh Mode' in document properties-->Server in the application.
And on server side Documents -->User Documents-->Your application selected-->Server-->Performance.
Confirm if the preload option is not selected.
Hi neelamsaroha1575. I was able to go to document thumbnail in AccessPoint, selected the "view details" under the thumbnail, and chose "remove last document state". I had never used this before and was unaware of it. But thanks for your input and time.
This is likely caused by the Session Recovery feature. You can check if you have it enabled on the QMC, you need to go System - Setup - QlikView Servers, then to the Documents tab.
From help:
Session recovery saves the current selection state for each user when a session ends. It then re-applies the selection state the next time that the same user reconnects to the same document.
Note! Session recovery affects all users and documents on a server.
To allow session recovery, tick this check box. To disallow session recovery, untick this check box.

Hey Mark Wexelberg, But "remove last document state" is for that particular session.
So every time before opening the document you have to manually remove it.
But for some reason it seemed to do the trick. It is no longer holding onto to the selection when I log back in.
