Access point issue

When I am opening the access point , it is not showing my user id at right most top corner . It is by default opening with service account . Why ? and how to change this setting ?

are you using section Access and data reduction during opening session?

then it looks like the Service acount is used to load your application and thus only Service account is known

to your app

try to define within section Access your Service account with NO REDUCTION

I am using Sheet level access and i have used the service account in Section access and Section application both , is this create any problem ?

And i have given the service account all access in section application script .
