Ad-hoc to excel

Hi,

Is there any way to automatically save Ad-hoc reports into excel.

Hi Bob,

If you can do your design on a pivot table, you can export it to Excel with same format. But, if you want more designed with combined columns, you can do it with NPrinting or with Macro.

Depends by what you mean by report. Is that a Qlikview chart object or a Qlikview report object? You can right click a chart object and export it to excel. That's not possible with reports. Those can only be printed or output to pdf.

Could be worth looking into Nprinting, if your going to be doing it a lot.

Hi Gysbert,

I want to export pivot table to excel automatically everyday. Nprinting is a good option but, since this is for a limited time, looking for another way.

Well, you can try mucking about with batch scripts and macro's. There are probably some examples you can find on this site.
