Add missing months in script with previous value (amount)

Dear all,

Can somebody help me with a loadscript to solve the problem as described in the attachment.

I have to add missing months with the amount value of the previous record (row).

The 'Source' is my real source (resident) and the 'Solution' is how to end up after some scripting at wich i need help .
