Alert if the table has no value in the field

Hello!

I have a tricky question here.

I have a table in my script with the  name ER. This table has a field "Position".

I want Qlikview to show some sort of alert window if this field has missing values.

I guess this can be done with macros.

However I'm not expirienced enough to write them. Any ideas?

Hi Diana,

you may be able to use the Alerts function, it's under the TOOLS menu. There's hefty section on the topic in the reference guide and also an ALERT WIZARD.
