Anomalies in TEXT Data while extracting data from TERADATA

Could you please provide your inputs or suggestions would more helpful, Why Im getting anomalies characters in qlikview  where source as  Teradata tables

examples :

Actual values , qlikview output

[Sum Assured], SumšAssured
10ML, 10ÎœL
RK®, RK®

[Ratio  ],[Ratiošš]

why this characters Âš,Îœ

is somthing bug in qlikview or utf16 character set issue ?

Your issue might be related to collation which could be defined of document-level with a system-variable: CollationLocale. More background could you find here: Search-But-what-shall-you-find.
