Any documentation or tutorials for creating a report in a QlikView document

Hi,

i want to create a report for my QlikView document, with some important data.
Are there any tutorials or documents of how to create such an report with the report editor (as well creating header and footer and all the other options, the report editor contains)?

Thanks!

Hi,

Page 161 of the reference manual could be a start ... I am struggling with reports as well. For example if there is a chart with a cyclic dimension I can not get the report to print off all the dimensions ... it only shows the one selected at the time.

If you spot a way to do this I would appreciate a pointer.

Thanks

Lee

Lee,

Not the most beautiful though, it can be achieved through macros.

That's how I do it on my application. We have a lot of PDF reporting done here.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
Good to hear, I'm not the only one, who's struggling with that report editor.
I'll start with the reference manual you mentioned. But there aren't as many informations as I want.
So, any other reference about the Report Editor?

You can create reports in Excel with NPrinting; it's completely free. Check out these videos for more information http://www.nscheduler.com/nprinting/tutorials.php.

If you download the Pro version, you can also cycle, filter and schedule your reports and automatically send them out as e-mail attachments (and do a bunch of other cool stuff) using NScheduler.

Check it out here: http://www.nprinting.com.
