How to hide application from user on access point.
Suppose I have four application on access point
Sales
HR
Help Desk
After sales
User A have access doc cal for Sales but he is able to see all above application on access point.
My question is how to hide rest of all application from user.
I want only those application that user have doc cal.

Hello,
this is depending on your QV licenses.
If you have publisher licensed you can authorizese user at the distribute task.
If you don't have publisher, you can
- give access by windows authorization
- use section access in the application so that the accesspoint shows only those application to the users which are authorizated.
There is no relationship between document authorization and document cal.
