Generally KPIs differ from company to company, what company A considers as a key performance indicator might not necessarily be true for company B, but ofcos we do have KPIs that are general within a particular sector/fields, Please take a look at this link and let me know if this helps you or not.

Hi Ramesh,

I have worked in banking domain some of the Banking KPI's would be the following

1.Income vs Expenses

2.NPA(Non performing Assets)

3.Top performing branches

4.Deposits Branch wise

5.Loans Branch wise

6.On time Interest payment

7.Recovery

8.Disbursal

etc  this is not a complete list these are just some of the examples.
