Bar Chart -- Show numeric values but have bars display part to whole percentage

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get the X axis values of my bar chart to reflect in percentages (%) while still keeping the numeric values to the right of my dimensions.  See the attachment for a picture of the chart I'm referring to.

My thought is to replicate the chart in Stephen Few's book, "Show Me the Numbers" at the bottom of page 284.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

I think it is possible. you can enable relative option for the expression to show it in %.

Add one more expression (same expression) but uncheck the BAR display option so that it will be text and then keep it non relative which will show you the number.
