Best matching-Tabular chart display

I want to create dimention from file A(Technology) so on;ly Qlikview and oracle will come as a dimention.

in the tabular chart result will display from table B so if any one select Qlikview then two records will show

1. 1. QlikView and Qlikview apps

if the user selct Oracle then 3 RECORDS WILL COME

1. ORACLE dba 2. Oracle DW and 3. Oracle APPS
