By default displaying latest month and year value before making any new selection

Hi All,

By default i want to display max(month) and max(year) value when we open the document for the first time before making any new selection. After making new selection values can be displayed in normal way.

Please find the attached document for reference. Hope some one can help me out.

Thanks for your help. It works! But when i tried the same thing for month it is not working. Can you do the same thing for month and attach it.
