How we can know the CPU and RAM performance at the time of job failure in QMC. Where we can get this information and export into excel.

You can use the Performance logs in the QlikView server, which are measured every 5 minutes by default. If you want a more accurate measuring you need to use the Data Collector Set defined in Windows:

By default, in Windows 20012 Servers+, without log rotation:
