Hi,
I have a report in which I have bar charts and pivot tables. All charts have the calculation condition of year and month to be selected to show the data. This condition works fine in both webview and desktop view.
But on access point when we clear the year and month, 2 of the charts do not get cleared(In desktop view and webview, all charts get cleared.). They still show the data. When we try to export data from the 2 charts showing the data. we dont get any data in exported file.
so I assume that there is no data in the chart but still the image captured during selections is shown in the chart.
If someone had faced such issue, Please share your ideas on this.
