Cannot access to AccessPoint (Chrome)

Hi all,

I cannot access to the acceesPoint with CHROME with the new url : http://aliasDNS/qlikview/

With the standard url : http://srvqvs/qlikview there is no problem.

Is there a setting to activate in QlikView Server ?

IIS is installed.

   That in your screenshot seems to be a DNS resolve name for accessing QlikView from outside the office (from Internet), right? Are you in your office network?

If that's the case, are you sure that dns request to the name can be resolved from the office network? Pinging that address throws back results?

This seems like an authentication problem. Did you add the AD domain name to the login name? Like 'Nom du domaine\Nom d'utilisateur' ?

Yes,Luis. I can ping the machine.

Peter , yes I add AD Domain Name\login name.

I use the reverse proxy. I'm going to test this side.
