Chart value display based on slider

Hi ,

I have a requirement is that:

created a chart for bandwidth allocation month wise separately.

S.No	Name	Jan-14	Feb-14
1	ABC	20%	30%

created 2 charts:

1.     Jan month nabdwidth

2.     Feb month bandwidth

the requirement is that based on the slider % value the  graph should display related percentage employee name.
