Hi,
I have a really big qlikview application (about 3GB) which is distributed to the users who access it through IE client. Recently, a user have raised a issue that, she cannot see some charts when she access the application in Laptop IE Client. But when she access the same applcation using same account in desktop, the charts appear.
What might be the possible reasons for this?
We tried uninstalling and re-installing the ie plugin in the laptop. But it didn't work.
Will there be a particular reason why these charts appear in desktop and not in laptop for same client, same user credentials etc...
Perhaps your app is too heavy for the hardware from laptop or the hardware had any defects - look into the taskmanager and try it with another and a little more powerful laptop again.
