Clear the field on condition

Hi Guys,

In general if I select a field the report changes based on particular selection and clears if we select it again.

Now I am trying to add the fiels event trigger.

If the field CDE is selected, [CDE Name] should be selected. and If I select again, the trigger shoyld be cleared.

Can any one help me with this?

Not sure I understand, can you may be elaborate what you mean by clearing the trigger?

I have two fields CDE and [CDE Name]

I am using bar chart with the dimension CDE.

Now if I select the value from CDE, in the current selection box, I have to see [CDE Name].

If I selected DOB as filter, I want to see 'Date of Birth' in current selection box.

If I again select 'DOB', I want the selection to be cleared.

It is not clear enough regarding what you want exactly. You are saying

"Now if I select the value from CDE, in the current selection box, I have to see [CDE Name]." <-- you want see CDE or [CDE Name] ?

Any have I created as sample app, can you take a look and provide us some sample screen shots of your expected output please...

This is what I wanted. But the thing is in your sample I am unable to select CDE Name. Is there a way we can select the CDE Name
